Instructions
 

  • Pat shrimp completely dry with paper towels to ensure maximum crispiness.
  • In a shallow bowl, whisk together cornstarch, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Toss each shrimp in the cornstarch mixture, shaking off any excess coating thoroughly.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3 minutes.
  • Arrange coated shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don't touch.
  • Spritz shrimp lightly with olive oil spray and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Flip shrimp carefully, spray again, and cook for another 3-5 minutes until golden and crispy.
