  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp butter melted, plus more for pan
  • 1 cup mixed berries fresh or frozen
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (185°C). Place a small oven-safe pan or ramekin inside to heat up.
  • In a blender, combine eggs, flour, milk, sugar, vanilla, salt, and melted butter. Blend until smooth.
  • Carefully remove the hot pan from the air fryer, add a pat of butter, and swirl to coat.
