- 4 count hot dogs any variety
- 1 can refrigerated pizza dough or pretzel dough
- 1 cup warm water for boiling
- 2 tbsp baking soda for boiling water
- 1 count egg beaten, for egg wash
- 1 tbsp coarse salt for topping
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 370°F (185°C).
- Roll out pizza dough and cut into 4 strips, then wrap each hot dog tightly.
- Boil warm water with baking soda for 30 seconds, then dip each wrapped dog briefly.
- Place in air fryer basket, brush with beaten egg, and sprinkle with coarse salt.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes until golden and crisp, turning halfway.
