Equipment

  • Air Fryer
  • Small Oven-Safe Ramekins

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats old fashioned
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of salt

Optional Toppings

  • 1 handful fresh berries
  • 1 drizzle extra maple syrup

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Whisk these dry ingredients together to ensure the leavening agent is evenly distributed.
  • Add the milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Stir until everything is well combined and you have a thick, pourable batter.
  • Grease two small ramekins lightly with oil or butter. Divide the oat batter evenly between the two ramekins.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 330°F (165°C). Place the ramekins in the basket, ensuring they don't touch the heating element.
  • Air fry for 10-12 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the center is set but slightly soft to the touch.
  • Carefully remove the ramekins (they will be hot). Let cool for 2 minutes, then top with fresh berries and a drizzle of maple syrup.
