Small Oven-Safe Ramekins
Main Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats old fashioned
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup milk dairy or plant-based
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of salt
Optional Toppings
- 1 handful fresh berries
- 1 drizzle extra maple syrup
In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Whisk these dry ingredients together to ensure the leavening agent is evenly distributed.
Add the milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Stir until everything is well combined and you have a thick, pourable batter.
Grease two small ramekins lightly with oil or butter. Divide the oat batter evenly between the two ramekins.
Preheat your air fryer to 330°F (165°C). Place the ramekins in the basket, ensuring they don't touch the heating element.
Air fry for 10-12 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the center is set but slightly soft to the touch.
Carefully remove the ramekins (they will be hot). Let cool for 2 minutes, then top with fresh berries and a drizzle of maple syrup.
