  • 2 pounds beef short ribs bone-in, trimmed
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce your favorite brand
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar packed
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Pat the beef short ribs dry with paper towels and season evenly with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
  • In a small bowl, mix the BBQ sauce with brown sugar until smooth to create a sticky glaze.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
  • Arrange the ribs in a single layer in the air fryer basket, brush generously with the BBQ glaze, and cook for 12 minutes.
  • Flip the ribs, brush with more glaze, and cook for another 10-13 minutes until caramelized and tender.
